🏠 Our awesome young, first-time homeowner clients were referred to us and are so ready to be homeowners in the Columbia, SC area!

Let me tell you about this purchase transaction....

It wasn't just a transaction. In fact, none of my transactions with my clients are.

But this one, was a beautiful reminder of why I do what I do. When I'm gassed out and nothing is left in the tank, questioning this industry mainly because of the agents on the other side of the transaction (never really my clients), I get a beautiful lady, and a wonderful seller and a great listing agent on the other side who made this transaction one to remember.

Seeing my client light up when we initially walked into the home—and seeing the others with her light up as well—warms you in a way words cannot describe.
But the moment that truly moved me, bringing mist to my eyes and utter joy to my heart, was when I called her on the phone. I told her I had some news (using a sad voice) and then let her know that her offer had been accepted despite a tough ask. She shouted out in so much excitement, joy, peace, and relief... I will never forget that moment.

When those few and far between moments occur in this business, I hold on to them because they are what keep me going!

My dear client... I cannot describe the happiness of knowing where you are now. The smile and just pure happiness I saw every time we opened the doors to your new home.

Whew. We’ve been a little quiet on posting lately because we have been busyyyy!

They say post every single day, multiple times a day, or every other day with really strong content; listen, I post intentionally. This constantly updating algorithm will exhaust you and distract you from what truly matters. For me, that is my family.

Okay, my little rant is done.

Client Scenario 1: they connected with us via referral. Right away, everything was thoroughly explained, and we believed it would be a great fit. So far (despite a setback where the previous house not being a good fit after all), we’re back under contract and waiting for what’s next: Inspections!
My clients are coming from clear cross the U.S. in Washington and we are connecting and going through the process and all the details from afar.
Yes, we Serve clients coming from all over the U.S. and overseas. It’s what we do!

Client scenario 2: we were connected through a mutual friend and it’s been history ever since. We discussed all their desires up front, ran through the process and requirements and assured them we have their back. Here we are, doing just that: guiding them step-by-step with education and that keen advisement. All of this leads up to the here and now, UNDER CONTRACT and also awaiting inspections.
