Come out and support a great cause at the Kick Cancer Inc. Cancer Walk 2025 — benefiting the McLeod Hope Fund 💜

There’s no fee to participate, and all donations are accepted — every dollar goes directly to support local cancer patients through the McLeod Hope Fund.

💐 This year, we’re also offering honor signs for families who want to recognize loved ones who have battled cancer — whether they’re survivors, currently fighting, or have passed on.

Although I did not post anything last month, I was still very busy helping my clients achieve their goals!

A special THANK YOU to my fellow eXp Agent, Earl Thomas, for trusting me to assist his longtime friend with selling their mother’s home in Conway in a pinch! Our client needed to sell their home BEFORE Sept 14th and he also needed help with clearing the entire home, while he lived in another state. We hired a Professional Organizer, Solutions By Sherri, who was an absolute God send, and she completed all tasks in record time. After strategically pricing the home, and receiving 5 offers within 48 hours of listing, we closed with 5 days to spare!

Another special THANK YOU my girl who trusted me to help her mommy find a home in Orangeburg 🥰. We found her home after one visit to The Park at Wilkson. It fit her needs perfectly and their incentives only had her paying less than $500 out of pocket in closing costs! Although she doesn’t want me to post her closing day pictures, I must say, she stepped and was absolutely stunning!! 🗣️Sellers and Sellers agents!!

Before agreeing to use the buyer’s closing attorney… please do your due dilligence and make certain that said “attorney’s office” will wire your proceeds and not try cutting you a check for a large sum of money (unless that’s your preference.

I typically prefer to not go with the buyer’s attorney as a general rule but that’s for a separate post. BUT on a day like today, I am grateful for this rule because had my seller gone with the buyer’s attorney, he would’ve been stuck waiting on a check to come in the mail and to clear his bank.

The month of May has been so kind to me! I am so blessed that my business continues to flourish and that my name is spoken in rooms that I am not in.

In real estate, there are high highs and low lows. It can have you completely rethinking life. But the journey is just that. A journey. In any business, you will find there to be days where you question whether you’re doing the right things. It’s important to remain faithful to yourself, but most importantly to God.

This year my SOI and my referral partners have shown up for me! In just that, I’ve had to continue to remind myself that what is for me, will be for me. And what is not, will not be. Thank you to all of my clients, referral partners, friends and family that have trusted me to get them and/or their loved ones to the closing table!!
