If you’re a veteran with a 100% disability rating and you are looking to use your VA loan you need to move to a state that will waive your property taxes. This can save you thousands a year. Even if you’re not at 100% check the map to see if you are partially exempt!

We can get paid to buy a home with our VA loan!! All you have to do is negotiate max seller concessions since we don’t have a down payment requirement. You would only be out of pocket for your inspection, appraisal and EMD in most states. Your EMD is refunded back to you at closing which is how we get paid to buy a home. You cannot receive back more than what you put into the transaction per VA guidelines.

Joining the military is the easiest and fastest way to go from poor or lower class to middle class if not upper middle class. The ability to get educated without debt, get paid to buy real estate and the job experience/connections makes it worth it. Best decision I ever made.

This is how you could possibly get “rich” in the military. Not just using your VA loan but using your VA loan to househack. Buy a 3-4 bedroom home and rent the rooms to some friends of yours, they save money on BAH and you pocket yours. Rinse and repeat.
