Use your VA loan, put money into TSP, invest in stocks, get a side hustle and use your military experience to transition into a higher paying career field.

If you’re stationed in South Carolina or a veteran you can get paid to buy a home here with your VA loan. My past 10 clients have been paid to buy a home and most of them are first time homebuyers. The average age of the first time buyer is now 40. My military clients average age is 24. If you’re here in SC let’s get to work.

Yes, we can use our VA loan to pay off personal debt. We can use seller credits to pay off credit cards, cars, klarna and even child support. If you’re in a buyer’s market with access to the VA loan please use it.
