True maintenance emergencies include:
• Water leaks
• Electrical issues involving sparking wires or fire hazards
• Sewer backups

If you experience a total loss of power or water, please contact the appropriate utility company before calling the emergency maintenance line.

🛍️ COMMUNITY WIDE YARD SALE 🛍️

Mark your calendars! Iris Winds will be hosting a Community Wide Yard Sale on Saturday, June 13th from 7:00 AM until!

This will be a great opportunity to clean out, make some extra money, and meet your neighbors while shoppers from around the area come by to browse for treasures.

If you are a resident interested in setting up a table, please contact the office so we can make sure we have enough spots available in the common areas out front for everyone participating.

We will have signs posted out by the road and will post an ad in the local community groups.

We’re excited to bring the community together for a fun morning of shopping and neighborly fun! 🏡✨
