We bid farewell to Matthew Bracey (Sumter, South Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 29, 2026 at the age of 71. Matthew touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Matthew Bracey to pay them a last tribute.

As we bid Matthew farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Matthew is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

We will resume normal operating hours tomorrow. However, it remains crucial to keep the water dripping. We appreciate the patience exhibited by our valued customers during the recent snowstorm and hope everyone remained safe and warm.

02/01/2026

The office will be closed tomorrow due to road conditions. It is crucial that you leave your water dripping and identify which breaker controls what. We will only dispatch trucks in emergency situations to ensure the safety of our personnel. Please prioritize your safety and stay warm.

01/30/2026

To prevent freezing, please ensure your water is dripping, as subzero temperatures may cause pump failure. In the event of severe weather conditions, our response capabilities will be limited, and truck operations will be restricted to emergency situations only. Additionally, we kindly request that you take a moment to familiarize yourself with the location of your water shut-off valves and ensure your breaker box is properly labeled, which will greatly assist in emergency situations. If you require immediate assistance, please call our emergency line at 803-773-8022. We will provide support to the best of our abilities under the circumstances, and we wish everyone a safe and warm period ahead.
