I have been in Md. the past 2 years taking care of my Mom. Ed & I returned to FL about 6 weeks ago. Since I didn’t have my Md. RE license but wanted to continue w/my business I wrote a book entitled “So You Want to Become a Successful Realtor, Avoiding the Pitfalls”.
