Arizona Homeowner Minute #5: Pest Prevention

Arizona's warm climate means pests can be active year-round. A little prevention can go a long way toward protecting your home.

Keep shrubs and vegetation trimmed away from the house, seal gaps around doors and windows, and avoid leaving standing water around your property.

Consider routine pest control treatments around the perimeter of your home, patio areas, and garage to help deter unwanted visitors before they become a problem.
