Raising the taxes on the wealthy isn't worth the paper it is written on without the LOOPHOLES being addressed. In other words, keep their tax rate the same w/o the trump tax break and remove all loopholes. It's called the cost of doing business. The only exceptions are profit sharing with employees and reinvestment in equipment and/or employees.
