David moved to Arizona in 2011 from Washington state to enjoy the great climate and outdoor activities the Grand Canyon State and the Valley of the Sun have to offer. His education and previous experience in Electrical Engineering and custom home building in Washington jump started his love of real estate investing and new career as an Arizona Realtor in 2012.

David’s focus and experience in multiple aspects of the Real Estate market in the Active Adult Communities of the Sun Cities and neighboring family areas give him the knowledge base which is a strong benefit to his clients. His personal experience owning multiple residential rentals also gives him a valuable skill set and insight into this important area of the real estate market.
