A little behind-the-scenes look at what I’ve been working on for my buyers this year. 🏡❤️

One of the things I love most about being a REALTOR® is getting to be the person in my clients’ corner when it comes time to negotiate.

So far this year, I’ve negotiated more than $140,000 in price reductions and seller concessions for my buyers.

And that doesn’t include the repairs we’ve negotiated along the way. Sometimes it’s been a seller-paid interest rate buy-down or closing costs. Sometimes it’s a home warranty. Sometimes it’s been negotiating for plumbing repairs, roof repairs, and everything in between including one plumbing repair that was around $15,000.

Every situation is different, and I never know what a seller will agree to. But I do know that I’m going to ask, advocate, and do everything I can to make sure my clients are getting the best possible deal.

I think sometimes people see the pretty part of real estate the houses, the keys, the closing photos. 🔑

But there is SO much that happens behind the scenes

You never know what you’re going to uncover once you’re under contract. That’s why having someone in your corner matters. ❤️
