A little regular maintenance can help prevent bigger (and more expensive!) problems down the road. Here are a few things worth putting on your home-maintenance checklist:

💧 Look for leaks around windows, doors, and plumbing
🔥 Change furnace filters quarterly
🌳 Trim trees and branches away from your home

JUST SOLD!
Another property is officially SOLD—and while the SOLD sign is what you see, there’s a whole lot that happens behind the scenes to get to the closing table.

From coordinating clean out, dumpsters, inspections and appraisals to communicating with lenders, title companies, buyers, sellers, and everyone in between, there are plenty of details to manage along the way. It means making phone calls, solving unexpected problems, tracking down answers, and keeping everything moving forward.

My goal is always the same: to be there, stay on top of the details, and work behind the scenes to help get my clients to the closing table successfully.
