Some accepted offers just hit a little differently. ❤️

This weekend, we received an accepted offer for our buyer at 333 W Mifflin St in Madison.

The number 3 has always been special to my family. Since my dad passed away, it’s been one of those little things that seems to show up at the right moments and remind us that he’s still with us in some way.

So when this offer came together at 333, it felt extra meaningful.

Real estate is full of numbers, contracts, deadlines, and negotiations… but sometimes, it’s also full of moments that feel bigger than the transaction.

So grateful for this one. Congrats to my buyer! 🏡❤️
