I spent a good chunk of my morning digging through regional grading maps and drainage plans for a rural property near Madison. My inner agricultural engineer was in absolute heaven! 🤓

If you smell sweet corn drifting on the breeze tomorrow, you know exactly where it’s coming from.

The Sun Prairie Sweet Corn Festival kicks off this week! Growing up in Sun Prairie, this was always one of the highlights of our year. There is nothing quite like the energy of our community coming together, eating local sweet corn, and catching up with old friends.
That sense of community is exactly why I’ve chosen to call this area home my entire life. When I help folks buy or sell a home, I know we aren't just trading keys—we are helping people plug into a neighborhood, a school district, and a community they can rely on.
