When asked about the exact moment he felt like he was figuring things out as an agent, Caden says, "Probably when I wrote my first offer was when I started to figure things out. That was a good milestone for me."
Reflecting on Maddi's progress over the past six months, Emalee shares what has stood out to her most: "One of the most surprising things about Maddi over the last six months has just been her increased confidence." She notes that while Maddi started out "a little bit deer in the headlights," she now handles client situations with ease. "Now, when she has a scenario that comes up with her clients, she's a little bit more relaxed and composed, can see that path forward," Emalee explains. "So that's really nice to see."
Having a trusted mentor provides guidance, perspective, and a clear path forward as agents develop their skills and build successful careers.
