An issue seen at some inspections and addressed in the Grounds section of the report is Vegetation.
This example that requires some action is trees planted in close proximity to the structure. A few issues arise from close proximity vegetation from squirrel and pest activity, to roof and siding damage, tree roots too close to the foundation and excessive debris on the roofing materials.
These trees should be removed as they were originally planted too close to the structure.
