At the District, our priority is ensuring you have uninterrupted access to your water services. We understand that managing bills can sometimes be challenging, and our team is eager to work with you to find solutions.
Please be advised of a policy update, starting July 1, 2026, if service is disconnected due to non-payment, the full account balance must be settled before water can be restored. Additionally, a $50 reconnection fee will be applied to the account.
If you're having trouble paying your bill by the deadline, we strongly encourage you to contact our office to request a payment arrangement. We will consider your request to set up a reasonable arrangement that help fits your needs. Our office is open Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm (excluding holidays).
