You know those buyers you meet and instantly think, this is going to be fun—so much so that it hardly feels like work?

That was absolutely the case with the wonderful buyers of this incredibly cool Walpole, NH home, originally built in 1899 as the Walpole Golf & Tennis Clubhouse. Ohh, the stories this house could tell!

Jaime Durell and I had such a great time getting to know these two truly stellar people, and we couldn’t be happier that they chose this special property.

We can’t wait to see what they do with their new home—and we’re definitely looking forward to sitting with them on that gorgeous wrap-around porch very soon!
