Congratulations to our sellers for settlement yesterday!

The first settlement was an emotional roller coaster for our client, and I’m glad we were there along side her, holding her hand through this. She’s a past client who worked with Cheryl previously, and I’m fortunate to have had the chance to work with her this time.😊

The second settlement couldnt have been done any quicker for these sellers. Also past clients, this is the most recent of a few we’ve closed for them the last few years. The sale of this home was bittersweet for them, but I know they’re excited to start their next chapter. I’m happy for them, but will miss the daily calls. 😉
