Paramount Miami Worldcenter, which is part of the megaproject Miami Worldcenter, is one of the most anticipated condominiums to date. Flatiron Brickell is a 750-foot tall building, intended to have 552 deluxe residential condos that provide all the luxurious amenities anyone could ever want. The building’s design includes a world class and ultramodern gym and spa centre and a rooftop swimming pool.
On the 18th floor of the building, an outdoor lap pool will be constructed. Additionally, the building’s exterior is covered by glass, making it even better. On the front facade, each residential unit has its own elliptical balcony.
