Our waitlist is open! We are currently accepting applications for HUD Studio apartments and for Tax Credit and Market-rate Studio and 1-bedroom units.

If you’re interested in an affordable, well-maintained apartment in beautiful Sunnyvale, CA, you can get an application by visiting our community or going to www.humangood.org/lifes-garden to download an application.
