SOLD! One of the biggest compliments a Realtor can receive is return business! In 2017 I had the opportunity to help guide Brittany and Tracy into their first home. Since then we’ve been in touch as they’ve shared their most fondest memories with me such as getting engaged, then married, and most recently having their daughter Noelle. As their family started to grow, they found themself needing more space, in which I then again had the opportunity to help them find a second dream home! SOLD! After 2 months of being up for sale during what’s known to be a hot market, this home is officially off the market. After receiving multiple offers, unfortunately, sometimes the unexpected were out of our hands. That said, I’m happy to say that my sellers and I received an offer that exceeded their expectations and were able to close right before the new year. As a Realtor, it’s important to manage everyone’s expectations but most importantly, your clients. I’m happy to say I was able to do so successfully and that this sale story ends with a happy ending. Congrats to everyone involved in the sale of this beautiful home and especially to my sellers!

SOLD! A huge congrats to my amazing buyers on the close of their new home!
