We are back in the Real Estate business with some new, safe activities. Most importantly the buyer’s realtor must make an appointment in order to show the house to his clients. There can’t be more than one group in a house at the same time. The buyers realtor must wipe down all areas that his clients have touched; door k***s, cupboards, etc. before leaving.
Also, if the house is occupied the owners/tenantes must leave while people are visiting the house.
Yes, it sounds like an added burden but houses are selling at surprising prices and numbers. Primarily because interest rates are at historic lows and the available inventory is also low. There is a lot of pent-up demand.

It doesn’t seem right but houses are selling quickly at high prices because of low interest rates, low inventory and pent-up demand. It is somewhat of a hassle to buy or sell a house but people are working through it. So if you are motivated I will help you.

If the front of your house needs that extra pop of color, make a simple window box to place under a window on the outside of your home. Window boxes can be elaborate pieces with fancy trim, angles and brackets, or they can be as simple as an open rectangle attached beneath the sill. Pick a paint color that matches the exterior color of your home or that extends the color of the window sill trim.
