She has won the Readers’ Choice Award for the past two years. She has been “luxury-home certified” (CLHMS) which has afforded her high-end clients the extra marketing edge needed in any market. Zona has also been a pioneer in maneuvering the corporate relocation maze. “With all the extra paperwork, reporting and delicate nature of corporate clientele, I have found myself one of the few experts in this arena. Zona has been a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI) which has given her networking and education to further her career. She also received her Short Sale and Foreclosure designation (SFR) for those clients who needed her assistance in that area. Zona has remained in the top 1% of Real Estate sales nationally. Zona has grown children and five unbelievably talented grandchildren. Taking short trips with her grandchildren is high on her list of her most favorite things to do. “We love spending time in the Florida Keys for our weekend outings – fishing, boating and relaxing.”
Zona’s passion is her love of music. Her experience growing up in North Miami Beach has allowed her to watch some of the greatest musicians in the recording studio – such as Eric Clapton, the Allman Brothers, Dr. John and Little Richard.
