Our company motto is Building | Family | Traditions.
But what does “Family” truly mean to us?
Bill Clark founded this company in 1977 with a clear vision and purpose. Today, two of his sons lead our Wilmington and Greenville divisions, continuing that vision and carrying it forward with the same commitment and values it was built on. What began as one man’s mission has grown into a multi-generational legacy.
Family for us extends beyond our last name. It includes the trade partners, vendors, and Realtors who work alongside us every day. These relationships have been built over years — even decades — of trust, collaboration, and shared standards. They are not just part of the process; they are part of who we are.
Since 1977, our purpose has remained the same: to build homes where life happens. The holidays, the milestones, the everyday moments that turn into lasting memories.
A house becomes a home because of the family within it. And for us, being a family that builds for other families is more than a motto — it’s the foundation of everything we do.
