✔️ Never skip inspections- Even new built homes can have issues. Consider a pre-drywall inspection and a final inspection before closing.

✔️ Ask about warranties & HOA fees

✔️ Compare lender options- Builders may offer incentives for using their lender, but it’s still smart to compare rates and closing costs with outside lenders.

✔️ Budget for extras like blinds, landscaping, fencing, etc.
