Pay attention to things like the condition of big systems (roof, furnace, water heater) and keep an eye out for any signs of wear or maintenance issues. It’s also helpful to get a feel for the neighborhood and ask about any updates or restrictions (like an HOA) that may come with the home.

It can feel like a lot to remember—but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help you look for all of these things (and more!) when we’re touring homes together. 💛
