The Town of Superior recently added two new wayfinding signs near the corner of McCaslin Blvd. and Coalton Rd. We love seeing these additions around town and are excited to see them up!

Moving can be a big adjustment for anyone, but for young children, leaving behind what feels familiar can be especially challenging.

Landing in a New Pond, written by Marisa Ramel, captures the challenges that can come with making a big move. Inspired by Marisa and her family's own experience, the book offers a thoughtful way to help children navigate the transition to a new home.

Marisa is a client of ours here at Staufer Team Real Estate, and we are excited to support her work. Since we understand that moving can be a big transition, we purchased copies of Landing in a New Pond to share with our clients who have young children with the hopes of making their move just a little bit easier. 💚🏠🦆
