7 new homes available now or coming soon = a two-person job to put up the signs 😂

But honestly, one of the best benefits of our teamwork is the customer service. Jackie and I are here 7 days a week to make sure our buyers have the support they need, whenever they need it.

Caught this crane doing a lap of the lake before we could. The walking trail is catching up though, with a path along the water’s edge coming soon. Not a bad view to start (or end) your day with.

Congratulations to the H Family on securing this lot over the weekend! Right now this little slice of the Carolina coast is still more than just dirt, it’s a blank canvas full of potential. Seeing the dream come to life from the ground up is my favorite part of the job.

Ready to continue your story? The H Family could use some neighbors 💙💛 DM or see contact info below 👇

I’m hungry again after editing this video. Make sure you stop by Provision Company in Holden Beach and Southport!

Pro Tip: Pay before you leave. Unlike me 🤡 (don’t worry, I called the next day to take care of it because your girl looks terrible in orange! Also because I need to be able to come back because that food was 🔥🔥🔥) 10/10 to the staff for so kindly helping me fix my mistake 🙊😅
