CarefreeNb Hosting manages short-term rental homes on LBI, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented local team member to join us as a Summer Territory Operations Coordinator.
This is a flexible, part-time 1099 role from mid-June to mid-September—great for college students , teachers , retirees , and local residents who like structure and variety.
You’ll complete weekly inspections at assigned properties and handle additional visits when needed.
You’ll help with:
✅ Weekly post-cleaning / property inspections to confirm homes are truly guest-ready
✅Basic staging + quality checks (lights, blinds, pillows, TVs, etc.)
✅Minor maintenance (bulbs , batteries , loose doorknobs)
✅Supply checks (TP, soap, etc.)
✅Quick photo documentation via your phone
✅Extra visits as needed for vendors, deliveries, or urgent issues
You’ll need:
✅Reliable transportation (local to Wildwood / Wildwood Crest)
✅Smartphone with a camera
✅Basic tools for small fixes
✅Good communication + flexibility
Compensation:
💵 Paid per inspection completed
✚ Additional pay for extra visits / on-call support
📝Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
