Pender County Tax Office staff will hold an upcoming appeal workshop to help property owners complete the appeal form.

Workshop will be held:

📅 Thursday, June 18
🕑 2 to 7 p.m.
📍 Hampstead Annex
15060 U.S. 17, Hampstead

Property owners can also visit the reappraisal website to file an appeal online and find additional information:

The deadline to file an appeal is June 30 at 5 p.m.

If you are filing an appeal, please bring supporting documentation, such as recent comparable sales, proof of structural or physical issues, photos or other relevant information.

They're back!! 😋

The turtles are returning to Topsail Island… and so are we!
We’ll be serving on the island June 8–August 13, Monday–Thursday from 8–11 AM at the Tiki Bar at North End Market at 2181 New River Inlet Road, North Topsail Beach.
