We hope no one is getting too stir crazy in their houses as we enter week 3. We are currently working on a sourdough focaccia bread (shout out to MKT Eatery for the starter from their bread baking class!) and we tried painting the side of a cabinet with chalk paint (it was a definite 👎). What have you all been up to?

Summer is officially winding down, most colleges have gone back and those of you still enjoying summer, you will be going back after this weekend.Our events calendar is getting a bit sparse, so enjoy the last bit of summer while you can.

Mon August 28th:
* The Quattro will be closing out the Monday leg of the Bayview Park Concert Series from 7-9pm

Tuesday August 29th:
* ReClam the Bay will be holding a demonstration at the 16th St Bay Beach in Surf City at 9am
*The Bayview Park Concert Series will be officially closing down at a special time, 5pm-8p, with Bands & BBQ. Jimmy BroganTrio from 5:00-6:30 and Garage Kept from 6:30-8pm.
* LBI Historical Association will be holding a Walking Tour from the Museum going North from Historical Beach Haven from 10-5pm, Adults $10, Under 12 $2

Wednesday August 30th:
* Easel on Down will be hosting a Sip and Paint event at The Local for $40 you can paint two wine glasses. Local "munchies" are provided

Thursday August 31st:
*Enojy the BEACH

Friday September 1st:
* Surf City: Main Street LBI will be holding their final Surf The Sidewalk event today. Sand Dollar Real Estate will be showing JAWS at 8:30, but make sure to get there a little early so you can get some popcorn and lemonade.

* Mike Konopka and Ned Ryerson will be closing out the 68th Street Beach Concert Series from Noon-1pm.
* Viking Village - Barnegat Light will be holding their Art & Craft Show, free admission.

Monday September 4th:
* Sea Shell Resort & Beach Club will be hosting a Summer Sendoff from 2-9pm with live music, a mechanical bull and free admission.
