One thing I love doing when I travel is stopping by local Coldwell Banker offices and snapping a photo. 💙

Today’s stop: Harbor Springs, Michigan — one of the most charming (and affluent!) small towns I’ve visited. Nestled along the shores of Little Traverse Bay, Harbor Springs is known for its stunning waterfront homes, historic cottages, yacht clubs, and wealth that dates back to the lumber and logging boom of the late 1800s.

It’s the kind of place where million-dollar lakefront homes are the norm, the downtown is postcard-perfect, and every street seems to lead to a beautiful view of the water.
