One thing real estate has taught me is to always keep an eye out for a good value and recognize an opportunity when I see one.

Today I learned that one U.S. dollar is worth about $1.40 Canadian...and somehow that little piece of information turned into Chris Stapleton tickets and a trip to Toronto! 😂🇨🇦

The concert is September 1, and we're hoping to sneak over to Niagara Falls while we're there. Great music, a new city to explore, and a favorable exchange rate—it sounds like the makings of a pretty fun adventure!
