2026 County Revaluations Update
Onslow and Pender Counties have completed their property revaluations.
Revaluation notices have already been mailed to property owners in Onslow County, and Pender County are expected to be mailed by the end of the month. If you have not received your notice, please allow a few days for delivery or contact your county’s Tax Administration Office.
As part of the annual budget preparation process, the Town of Surf City will incorporate updated property valuations resulting from the revaluation to establish the FY 2026–2027 tax rate, including consideration of a revenue-neutral rate in accordance with state law (NCGS § 159-11(e)).
