Amanda Duncan, Realtor Garden City Realty As a native of the Carolina Coast, Amanda knows the Grand Strand area.

Amanda attended CCU majoring in Pre-Law, after completing her Associates Degree at FDTC in Florence, SC. She then began her career as a Real Estate Paralegal, building upon her fascination of her grandfather's love and history of “collecting” real estate. As a child she understood the value of real estate, and loved to work with her grandparents as they managed both their farm and commercial real

estate. In college she delighted in the opportunity to research the titles of the properties to tell the story of the original families of the Grand Strand, and the history each parcel had seen. With the turn in the market, she then accepted a position as a Foreclosure Paralegal, in a step to gain additional experience, before finally turning her career to the area of real estate sales. She obtained her real estate license in 2005 and worked in the coastal market since. Amanda's integrity, professionalism and customer service are only a few of the professional qualities she provides her clients. She takes each transaction as personally as her clients do.
