DO NOT purchase Old Republic Home Warranty! They take great pains NOT to speak with a client directly. They have a website that allows you to file a claim but there is NO PROVISION for you to send an email, explaining your problem. I have been left on hold for hours at a time, with no opportunity to even leave a message. They are suppose to have repaired your appliance OR send you a check towards a new one. The appliance is now completely dead and unusable but I have no way to tell them this. They are intent on NOT cutting a check to make good on their promises. As an agent I am ashamed to have persuaded anyone to purchase this and as a customer, I am outraged at the treatment. Since these warranties are NOT CHEAP and you are required topay a service fee when you have an issue, this is like giving them money for nothing at all. Buyer beware!

Beautiful garden home with all the bells and whistles. Master bedroom with tray ceiling and large walk-in closet, master bath has double vanity and shower. Granite countertops in kitchen and baths. Living room with ceiling fan and walk out to screened porch with ceiling fan and a walk out to a patio...
