If true insight begins at home, then Ana Maria Uribe is a very knowledgeable condominium experts. “I’ve spent nearly my whole life living in exceptional condominiums with great views,” she explains. “Whether it was our condo overlooking the mountains of Medellin, Colombia where I grew up or the condo on the gorgeous shores of the Atlantic Ocean in Boca Raton where I went to college and began my ca
reer.” It is this first-hand knowledge of all condo living can offer that Ana Maria shares on a regular basis with her clients, helping them to make the ideal selection for purchase or perfectly position a property for a strong sale.
“Early on, I learned that when you treat people the way you want to be treated, you’ll always have a relationship built on respect, courtesy, and trust – even in the business world.” This is precisely what Ana Maria brings to every transaction, and part of how she yields such consistently impressive results. Over the course of her five-year career, she has specialized primarily in high-end ocean-view condominiums in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Delray Beach, Miami Beach, and Boca Raton, where she made a $1.6 million sale at “The Beresford.” Other noteworthy accomplishments have been her ability to successfully match several celebrity clients with the South Florida property of their dreams – to date this includes entertainer Pharell Willams, and various members of the NBA’s L.A. Ana Maria’s passion for real estate doesn’t stop at the transactional level... She also loves the renovation and remodeling process. To date, she’s been intimately involved with the remodel and finishing of numerous multi-million-dollar units – including the selection of cabinetry, the marble for the flooring, the onyx or granite for countertops, and all fixtures and lighting. She even went so far as to learn AutoCAD in order to fully plan and execute interiors at a professional level of excellence. By adding this facet to her real estate expertise, Ana Maria was able to incorporate a life-long love of architecture and luxury goods into her career, as well as an understanding that homes are places to create memories – from a marriage, to a birth of a new baby, to birthday celebrations and more. It is a decision which she says has been incredibly rewarding. Equally rewarding, she says, is her love of family. “My former husband and step children have taught me that love and respect are everything in life. We all have a responsibility to the children and special people in our lives for all the love and joy they bring into our own lives.” Ana Maria feels the same way about animals, and has been actively involved with the Justin Barlette Animal Rescue organization for many years, helping to find foster homes for abused or abandoned animals. She also enjoys spending her time traveling, a hobby she picked up during her school days in Colombia, during which she was a member of the regional and national swim teams. It afforded her not only the opportunity to visit every major city in Colombia, but also such countries as Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Cuba, and the United States. her travels have taken her throughout Europe, including Tuscany, which she lists among one of her all-time favorite destinations. Ana Maria earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2003 from Florida Atlantic University, where she majored in Finance and minored in Real estate. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
