What a special closing day for Rod & Robin G!

This transaction had a few unique twists along the way. We were originally under contract on a different home, but after discovering a sinking foundation, we knew it wasn’t the right fit. As disappointing as that felt at the time, it ultimately led us to the perfect home for them, a beautifully remodeled Arizona paradise with a stunning pool in the exact neighborhood they had been hoping for all along.

One of the coolest parts of this transaction? The seller was also the listing agent and their future next-door neighbor, Gaylen Bartlett with AZ Marketplace Realty. He was fantastic to work with from start to finish and even left my clients a thoughtful gift and card for move-in day. As I close out my sixth year in real estate, I’m reflecting on the business we’ve built and the community that’s grown alongside it.

This year wasn’t about numbers, it was about people.

In 2025, I had the honor of helping families upsize for growing households, downsize into simpler seasons, welcome first homes and new babies, and support sellers transitioning into assisted living with care and respect.

So many of these families came to me through personal referrals, and that trust means everything to me. When you refer someone to me, I treat them with the same care, patience, and attention I would give to my own family.

Every move represented a life change, and I’m deeply grateful for the confidence each family placed in me. Thank you for letting me walk alongside you during some of life’s biggest moments.

Here’s to a great 2026 and the stories still waiting to be told.
