For over 20 years, I worked in the Retail industry for a Fortune 15 company that allowed me to expand my portfolio in to various square footage settings with various challenges. e all senses of a consumer. I started out with small projects in my own homes, and friends and neighbors homes. Soon after, Real Estate agents were pursuing me for consultations. I am not a large corporation with a large team that pursues multi-million dollar homes, and charges a premium for their services. I am just an extremely talented individual, with an extensive background that just wants to do what she loves for a living, meanwhile helping others make more profit on their Real Estate project. The bonus is earning a reasonable paycheck for that service.

Real Estate can feel very personal for most of us.
