Our home may be dogless right now, but our hearts are still filled with memories of our former fur babies. We miss them like crazy—the unconditional love, the happy greetings, the funny personalities and even the dog hair that somehow found its way everywhere. ❤️

**🏡🏡 Two Homes. One Couple. One Closing Day. 🎉**

When people ask what a Realtor really does, this is the perfect example.

My clients had one goal: sell their current home and move into the next one. Sounds simple... until you look at everything that had to happen behind the scenes.

✅ Get their current home on the market.
✅ Get it under contract before we could even write an offer on the home they wanted.
✅ Under contract in just **13 days!**
✅ Submitted our contingent offer the very next day... and it was accepted!

From there, the real work began.

We managed inspections on **both** homes, negotiated repairs and credits on **both** transactions, coordinated lenders, title companies, appraisals, deadlines, and worked out a pre-possession agreement so everything would line up perfectly.

There were a lot of moving parts, plenty of phone calls, emails, negotiations, and problem-solving along the way. That's the part most people never see.

One of my favorite things to do is to get out and deliver a little something to some of my past and current clients. ❤️🤍💙

Today I spent part of the day dropping off these 4th of July gift bags, and I'll be back out tomorrow to deliver even more.
