I work with clients for months to years preparing for the perfect situation. If it's not the best time to buy I will express my opinion, in no way putting earning a commission over your best financial decisions. God has blessed me very much and 99% of my clients are personal referrals. Many are repeat clients moving up the property ladder. I would love the opportunity to see if it's your time to buy. I'm excited that at least one client is going to change the rest of their life with just one check. Invest in your mind and heart and the return will be more than you can imagine. I love to help those who need a little guidance on what is good credit and what is bad credit. Those that are willing to change habits that are keeping them in the same circle. It's that time of year where work can consume your every moment or you can plan ahead and take a day off. Then use it to sit with your child at their school's Thanksgiving dinner and make their school year❤ I went every year until they were too big to want Dad there. Make it count.
