• As an outdoorsman, I couldn't imagine spending my fall doing anything else other than chasing whitetail deer. I am truly blessed to have some great friends, family, and relationships that have helped me pursue my passions. And these people all have one thing in common. They own land! Not only is land a great investment, it can serve as a common ground. To build relationships, pursue hobbies, and enjoy the great outdoors!

• This deer was the second buck was able to harvest this season. I was able to chase him on some family land that my father recently purchased.

•Growing up in a family who has purchased, transformed, and managed beautiful properties across the country. Has allowed me to have such an appreciation for the outdoors, but especially the land. I hope when you are looking for someone to help with your next real estate adventure, you give me a call.

"STICKS"

• It pays to have good friends with land! My buddy John called me and told me about this deer earlier in the season. He was chasing a couple other large and mature deer. So he told me that if I could find the time, I should make some sits on his property. This deer was quite a unique and special deer. He bullied every other buck around him, and I knew I wanted to harvest him. After about a week's worth of hunting, I was able to get within bow range. The rest is history... I don't know if I will ever come across a deer like "Sticks" again.

• A glimpse of a few smaller tracts that did not sit long in 2024. These tracts gained immediate interest. And were under contract in a few weeks to a few hours.

• 2025 should be no exception! Land is not sitting long, If you are trying to maximize the value of your property, it is a great time to list your property. Suffolk, Chesapeake, Isle of Wight, Sussex, Southampton, etc. are hot right now!

• If you are interested in starting the conversation, give me a call today!
