I was blessed with the opportunity to assist 3 Families who found new homes in December.

- A condo that dear family member of mine bought in Greendale She will now be so much closer to the family, I just love this.

- A home that sold in Waukesha so the family could upsize into a beautiful new place just nearby.

- The most challenging, but the most rewarding was working with a very young, first-time homeowner. This one took patience and persistence, with a few extensions along the way, but we made it to the finish line just in time. Huge gratitude goes to the rockstar lender, Rachel Russell - Branch Manager at CMG Home Loans and her amazing team who went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure this closing happened. Because of their dedication, my client was able to step into her new home and begin building equity just in time for the holidays.

It was a busy end of the year, hence the delayed post, but I am so extremely thankful for the continued trust and support. If you know anybody looking to buy or sell in 2026, I would welcome the opportunity.
