Dunklow Maintenance is hiring full and/or part time crew members to join our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking, and detail oriented to help provide the type of customer service we have delivered for over 30 years. We are a family business and consider our employees a part of that family.

Candidates must have the following:
• Valid driver’s license
• Be able to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended times
• Be presentable, punctual, organized and detail oriented
• Be able to work in a team environment to accomplish goals
• Be trainable, coachable and want to be a part of our team family

Duties will include mowing, trimming, edging, blowing sidewalks and driveways, mulching, leaf cleanup, tree/lawn debris pickup, brush chipping, bush trimming, dock and hoist installation/removal, and miscellaneous odd jobs.
Some basic equipment maintenance will also be included. Experience helpful but desire to learn and work is necessary.

We offer starting pay from $13 - $15 per hour, based on experience. Raises will be based on performance after 60 days. Health insurance is available after 90 days. Performance bonuses are also available.
