JUNE HOUSING INDICATORS FROM GAR
The Monthly Housing Indicators for Georgia are in for the month of June. Real estate activity continued to strengthen as reopening phases continue.

New Listings decreased 4.2 percent to 17,269.
Pending Sales were up 21.2 percent to 16,131.
Inventory levels shrank 24.9 percent to 32,752 units.

The Median Sales Price increased 4.6 percent to $250,000.

Days on Market was up 8.2 percent to 53 days.
Months Supply of Inventory was down 28.9 percent to 3 months.
