There is a reason why consistently I’ve been an Airbnb Superhost for almost 6 years, I care and I’m just good at it. Do I make mistakes? Of course! Like yesterday for example, my guests checked out and I didn’t have a cleaner to clean the house, so I blocked the calendar for that day so no one else would book it and I was gonna do it the next day. At around 7pm I got a booking, how come, I thought. It turned out I forgot to block the calendar so the day was open and someone booked it on the same day. What did I do? I called the guest, she didn’t answer, so right away I got in the car and drove to the property to have it cleaned for the coming guests. Luckily the guests contacted me back when I was almost done getting it ready that they will be arriving very late, so I made it! I just didn’t make dinner for my family, but my family has been so supportive that they understood and my wonderful husband made dinner for our kids.
