Some of the biggest buyer regrets are not the major issues… they’re the little things that get overlooked during the showing 👀🏡

Things like:
🚿 Low water pressure
🔌 Not enough outlets
☀️ Poor natural light in the rooms you use most
🪟 Windows that are hard to open
🚗 A garage that doesn’t function the way you expected

Those small details may not seem like a big deal at first… but once you move in, they can completely change how a home feels day to day.

That’s why I always tell my buyers: don’t just tour the house… test the lifestyle ✨

✔️ Open the windows
✔️ Check the locks
✔️ Test the water pressure
✔️ Walk the yard and lot lines
✔️ Stand in the spaces you’ll use most and picture your real routine there

Because after closing, the little things don’t feel so little anymore.

One thing this business has taught me is that real estate is more than contracts and keys… it’s emotions, uncertainty, excitement, stress, and major life changes all happening at once.

Clients don’t just need answers — they need reassurance, honesty, updates, and someone who keeps them informed every step of the way. 🤝✨

I learned early on that communication can completely change a client’s experience. A simple update, quick check-in, or honest conversation can bring peace during one of the biggest moments of someone’s life.

That’s why I believe in over communicating, setting expectations upfront, and making sure my clients never feel alone in the process. ❤️

When buyers walk into a home, it’s easy to fall in love with the finishes, natural light, and floor plan first 😍✨

But sometimes the real story is in the small warning signs 🚩

⚠️ Fresh paint in only one room
⚠️ Rugs covering odd spots
⚠️ Too many candles or plug-ins
