🌧️ **Apparently, the rain didn’t get the memo that I’m supposed to be off today. 😂**

But here’s the thing about real estate…

There’s no such thing as a “perfect day” to buy a house.

🥶 Cold day? Let’s see how well that HVAC actually works.
🔥 Hot day? Let’s see if the AC can keep up.

And that’s why I actually **LOVE looking at houses in less-than-perfect weather.**

Because a house can look absolutely AMAZING when the sun is shining and everything is green…

…but what happens when the rain starts? 🤔
