Some homes hold more than memories… they hold pieces of a person’s past, their legacy and their footprint.
Helping navigate the off-market sale of Mr. Salazar’s Estate wasn’t just another transaction. It was an emotional closing of a chapter filled with love, hard work, and a life well lived.
To his daughter, my trusted friend and the administrator of his estate, thank you. Thank you for trusting me to walk alongside you during something so deeply personal. To allow me to fight for you, protect you and secure this deal appropriatly.
I never even fathomed what lied ahead and how this entire transaction would come full circle.
In the exact moment I was negotiating the details of this contract… I received the phone call no one is ever prepared for. My own father had passed away. I hung the phone up cried, wiped my tears then finished putting this contract together. I must’ve looked it over a million times to make sure I didn’t miss something due to distraction and the circumstances. I didn’t 😅
Our worlds collided that day, My friend and client understood my pain and grief so we got through this one together! She checked on me and I checked on her.
For me, Real estate isn’t always just contracts and closings. Sometimes, it’s catching curveballs and handling both sides of a transaction with dignity and grace while standing in the middle of life’s toughest moments…

Their Venmo was on the sign and nobody in sight. There was something so quaint and precious about this local purchase 🥰
