Congratulations to my smart and savvy Sellers on the sale of their multi-family home, in Swampscott, for $940,000! They bought this property as first time home buyers back in 2016. They rented out one unit and lived in the other until just a few years ago when they decided to purchase a beautiful single family home. What a great investment decision this was for them. It was a great time to cash out and that's exactly what they did!!
