Today’s closing was extra special because I got to help my cousins buy their dream home! After quite a while of searching, one terminated contract, and plenty of patience, we finally found the perfect place—inside, outside, and everywhere in between. ❤️

Before move-in, they have a little paint-and-flooring makeover ahead of them, and eventually a few bigger updates.

The real showstopper is outside: a peaceful lake, more than 7 acres of serenity, and some pretty amazing new neighbors—one of whom also happened to be the listing agent, which feels like a major bonus!

They may be young, but they are incredibly mature, knew what they wanted, and were so much fun to work with throughout the entire process. I am beyond excited for them and cannot wait to see how they make this house their home!

Congratulations to Katlyn, Buddy, and adorable little Emerson on their new home!

I’ve known Katlyn since grade school and even coached her in volleyball, so getting to help her family buy their first home was extra special. From house hunting to closing day, I had the BEST time with this crew.

I also have to give a shoutout to both of their families. They were involved, supportive, encouraging, and made the entire process so much fun. Watching everyone rally around this sweet family was something I’ll never forget.

🏡🌺Aloha, Hawaii…..Hello, Home!! 🌺🏡

Last week, Aron and Samantha officially closed on their new home—completely sight unseen! I honestly cannot imagine buying a house without ever stepping foot inside, so I am incredibly grateful for the trust they placed in me throughout this entire process.

It was definitely a long road from start to finish, but everyone worked together, stayed patient, and got the job done. Teamwork truly made the dream work on this one! 💪🏼

And nothing like Dad coming in for the win to sign everything since Aron and Samantha couldn’t be here in person! 🙌🏼

A HUGE thank you to Mike Kolweier with Guaranteed Rate for all of his hard work throughout the process, and to the wonderful crew at Monroe County Title Company—the most fun place to close a deal! 🎉

This one was a journey… and that makes crossing the finish line that much sweeter. ❤️

After going under contract three different times, we finally made it to the closing table! There were moments when it would have been easy to get discouraged, but through every setback, my sellers remained patient, positive, and never gave up.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the trust they placed in me throughout this entire process. They stayed kind, flexible, and believed that the right buyer would come along—and in the end, they were absolutely right.

Real estate doesn’t always go exactly as planned, but perseverance pays off. Today is proof that sometimes the best ending is the one that takes a little longer to get to.
